Susan Fletcher, PhD, is a licensed psychologist, forensic consultant, and testifying expert with a specialty in family law matters. Dr. Fletcher is licensed as a psychologist in both Texas and Colorado and also holds licensure as a School Psychologist in Texas. Dr. Fletcher is appointed by courts to conduct child custody evaluations and psychological assessments in high conflict family law cases. She also conducts work product reviews and consults with attorneys and judges on complex matters involving parenting schedules, parent functioning, and parent child contact problems.
From 2017 to 2021 Dr. Fletcher was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott to serve as a board member for the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychology (TSBEP) the regulating board for the practice of psychology and the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) which serves to ensure behavioral health services are provided by qualified and competent practitioners who adhere to established professional standards. Using her 30 years of experience, Dr. Fletcher frequently presents at national conferences and provides training to mental health professionals, attorneys, and judges on best practices for working with court-involved families
