Attendees agree to the following: Applies to both in-person as well as online sessions/events
No Audio or Video Recording: Attendees shall not record (audio or video) any part of the conference.
No Transfer of Ticket: Tickets for the conference and related events may only be used by the individual purchasing the ticket unless prior approval is received from Texas AFCC.
Respectful Behavior: Attendees shall not exhibit behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening, or violent in nature, nor shall attendees be permitted to display signs, symbols, images, use language or make gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory toward an individual’s beliefs, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, and/or sexual orientation.
Respect Professional Boundaries: Attendees should refrain from providing or soliciting legal or clinical advice in a formal or informal capacity during the conference.
No Sharing of Identifiable Client Information: Ensure no personally identifiable information about clients is disclosed. Limit discussions to hypothetical scenarios or general practices to avoid inadvertently breaching professional ethics.
Professional Tone: Maintain a tone of mutual respect in discussions, even when different perspectives arise.
On-Demand Access: You are prohibited from sharing any YouTube Channel links with any person. Access is tracked and monitored to protect the integrity of the session content and access.
Failure to adhere to the above may result in removal from the event without refund.
